1)Modified tapioca Starch

fish/meat ball, sauce, freezing/instant noodles, soft candy, freezing food, bread,vegetarian 

 

Main Application: fish/meat ball, sauce material, freezing noodles, instant noodles, thick soup, bread, vegetarian diet, soft candy, freezing foodetc.

 

 

Features:

1. to promote noodles rehadrationate, Q elasticity with smooth and dense texture, to reduce  the oil absorption rate, a greatanti-aging property. 

2. excellent water absorption, reduce thedrip happened, stable in freeze and cold, enable the viscosity, transparency

3. resist the low temperature infreezing. Boil quickly with high temp and reduce the dissolve rate

4. cold water dissolved, work as thickeningagent, deflocculant, dispersing agent, stabilizer  emulsifier, filmogen,water retention agent, adhesive, viscosity stabilizer
