Description: colorless or white crystalline powder.
General characteristic: deliquescent in humid air and efflorescent in dry air. Easily soluble in water , gravity1.665g/m3, It melts at about 153°C with decomposition
Application:
Citric acid is mainly used as an acidulant ,flavorant and preservative in foods and beverage ,it is also used as an antioxidant , plasticizer and detergent builder.
Packing and storage: in net 25kg kraft paper bags ,kept in airtighted , dry and cool place.
